does any one know about tzou?

i was told that tzouhalem was mostly in a forest reserve of some type and that only a small part of the area was to be developed. i was up there on sat and that didn't appear to be the case at all. every thing below the yellow gate is history, and the developers have also tried to make access through the yellow gate area impossible by excavating the area. the fire roads leading all the way to the top have been widened and are all chewed up by equipment. at the top they have started an excavation and clearing. it appears that most of the riding area will be lost in the next few weeks, and those signs that say it is a forest reserve are in amongst the devastation.
