Like you Iâve been running in Frees since the first Nike Air Max France 3.0 release (still have them). Upgraded at every turn. The v3 were a brilliant shoe and still are my triathlon race day choice. The V4 is a horrible shoe. Here in Australian summer (tri season) that lack of breathability in the upper is just unbearable. The fit was horrible and was getting blisters where never had them before.Read your review and since been running in the v5 (volt colourway) and love them. Smooth upper. Like the newer style sole with a lot less twigs making the trip home with with me.Yeah, hope theyâve gotten the line back on track. Now they need to do the same with the 5.0+ as it has gone down with each iteration, the newest is not a good shoe.
Have you had any further contact with Adam? I am just curious if he continues to do well since my situation is quite similar. I Nike Air Max 90 Femmes have been plagued with injuries over the last year and a half, Achillesâs Tendonopathy, ITBS, Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. All of these have been while in Stability and/or motion control shoes. I finally got fed up and did my miles this week in some Nike free 3.0. The first two days had some IT pain associated but this morning my 3 miles were pain free. I am not going to throw the miracle sign quite yet but things are looking hopeful. I have also just started reading Tread Lightly which has been quite informative. Thanks for all your information!
I managed to find your other comment â it got flagged by my comment software as spam for some reason. Anyway, itâs now live here as well â thanks for sharing! Did your PT have you doing glute muscle strengthening, and did they take a look at your gait?
After a phenomenal debut, the Nike Free 3.0 line entered a steady downward spiral, culminating in one of the worst shoes I have worn since I started reviewing running shoes back in 2009. The Free 3.0 v4 had a nice, updated sole, but the NanoPly upper felt like it had been made from remnants of a ziploc freezer bag. It didnât have any give, leading to a very tight fit, an d it didnât breathe. At all. It was a shoe built for fashion, not function.
All in all, Iâm quite impressed with the Free 3.0 v5. Itâs one of the best shoes Iâve worn so far this year, and a pleasant surprise given my experience with the previous iteration. Big thumbs up!The Nike Free 3.0 v5 is available for purchase in a variety of menâs and womenâs colors at Running Warehouse. Outside of the US, the Nike Free 3.0 can be purchased at Wiggle.com and Sportsshoes.com.Filed Under: Minimalist Running, Nike, Nike Free Nike Air Force 1 Femmes , running gear review, running shoe review, running shoes, Shoe Review _________________ newbalancerebajas574.com
