The Nike shoes the same iconic silhouette fans know and love

It’s hard to believe that before the Nike Air Huarache made a triumphant retro return in 2013, the classic Tinker Hatfield design was an afterthought in the states. The model thrived in international markets but it took a little longer for the comfortable 1991 runner to catch on in the good ole US of A. How times have changed. Production on the Nike Huarache has since slowed down as Nike Sportswear has given other retro silhouettes some time to shine with the likes of the Nike Sock Dart and more occupying a fond place in the hearts of many Swoosh enthusiasts.

Nike Air Huarache Baratas did drop in some appealing colorways earlier this summer, with Undefeated’s La Huarache turning heads thanks to an iridescent heel cage. Now another Metallic Blue release is slated to arrive before summer’s end. The Nike Huarache “Metallic Blue” features a monochromatic Game Royal upper with patent leather overlays adding a unique texture in direct contrast to the standard mesh and neoprene construction throughout. The next chapter of Nike’s most storied running shoe of all time is about to open, as the Nike Air Pegasus 32 Mujer launches in June. The long-time workhorse running shoe loved by runners across the globe for its no frills, high mileage performance is on to its thirty-third iteration this year, which as you can see if your familiar with the Pegasus 32, doesn’t look much different, but there are some key upgrades. Most notable is a redesigned tooling, which doubles the amount of Zoom Air for an even more responsive ride. Nike introduces the next edition of the Pegasus family with the all-new Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 32 Mujer. The latest iteration of the longest continuous franchise in the brand’s history features a sleeker and snappier ride than ever, thanks to streamlined silhouette and double the Zoom Air of previous Pegasus models. Designed as an everyday training shoe built to stand up to serious mileage from casual joggers to Olympic and World Championship gold medalists like Mo Farah, the Pegasus 32 adds a Zoom Air unit to the forefoot as well as the traditional heel position, for the most responsive Pegasus yet.

This new Nike Air Force 1 Baratas Low features a number of premium features ranging from alternating panels of tumbled and smooth white leather to hints of that coveted Vachetta Tan natural leather shade on the heel and tongue. The tongue also sports an updated patch that looks like actual hardwood based on the dye process of the Vachetta Tan overlay that displays the classic ‘Nike Air’ branding in a contrasting white.
