حبة العافية هو اسم يستخدم في بعض الدول
لوصف منتجات أو مكملات غذائية شعبية و
غالبا تشير إلى خلطات عشبية تستخدم لأغراض
مثل تنظيف البطن وتحسين الهضم ورفع المناعة....
إليك متى يبدأ مفعول حبة العافية:
بما أن معظم هذه الحبوب تستخدم كملين أو منظف
للمعدة فإن يبدأ المفعول عادة خلال 4 إلى 8 ساعات
من تناولها....
وفي بعض الأنواع قد يستغرق من 12 إلى 24 ساعة
ليظهر التأثير الكامل خاصة إذا كانت عشبية وبطيئة
الامتصاص.....
