Farm Pincushioned Dolls in Diablo 4 Torment by running Beast in the Ice at Glacial Fissure for the best drop odds, then use them to unlock Andariel's hoard chest fast.

Andariel's Hoard Chest is one of those "nice problem to have" things in Diablo 4: you're ready to cash in, but the game wants a Pincushioned Doll first. If you're trying to keep the grind moving, you'll notice pretty fast that difficulty matters. Torment I and up is where the farming starts to feel worth your time, because the drops don't feel like a joke. And if you're short on materials or just don't feel like running the same loop all night, some players top up resources through U4GM so they can spend more time on actual boss kills instead of scavenging.

Best Farm: The Beast in the Ice

If you want the most consistent path, go straight for The Beast in the Ice. You'll be running Glacial Fissure in Fractured Peaks, and the real "gate" is getting your Nightmare Sigil crafted first. Hit the Alchemist, spend 9 Distilled Fear plus some Sigil Powder, then head in. Once you reach the Frozen Altar and summon the boss, the kill tends to pay out cleanly. One thing that catches people out in parties: only whoever uses the summon gets the doll. It's annoying, yeah, but group clears are still quicker, so it's usually worth rotating summons if your team's organised.

Backup Rotation: Lord Zir

When the ice cave starts to blur together, Lord Zir is the sensible second stop. He's at the Ancient's Seat, also in Fractured Peaks, and the loop feels familiar: craft the sigil, go in, summon, delete the boss. Zir's summon cost is 12 Exquisite Blood, so it's perfect when your stash is stacked from Blood Harvest-style play and you're running low on Fear. The doll drops are solid, just not quite as "every time" as Beast runs in my experience. Still, mixing Zir in helps a lot with burnout, and you'll keep your material economy healthier.

Other Sources and Small Efficiency Wins

If you want variety, the Tribute of Titans in the Kurast Undercity is a legit option. It's fast, it's repeatable, and you can luck into multiple Lair Keys, which makes the time feel well spent even when the doll count isn't perfect. World Bosses can drop dolls too, but chasing Avarice or Wandering Death on a six-hour timer is just not a plan—treat it like a bonus when you're already there. For speed, run in a group and aim for 2–3 minute Beast or Zir kills, rotate who summons, and keep an eye on your materials so you're not stuck farming the wrong thing for an hour. If you really want to keep the pace steady for Andariel sessions, some folks also mix in Diablo 4 boosting between farm stretches, then come back and spend their dolls while the rhythm's still good.
