Higher mileage Jeep, is premium servicing actually worth it?

My Grand Cherokee has just passed 160k and it's starting to feel a bit tired, nothing major but lots of small things that never quite get addressed with a basic service. I'm wondering whether a more thorough premium option would catch these before they turn into bigger problems, or if I'm just paying extra for checks that don't matter on a car this age. I'm near MBZ City so I've been looking into Top Jeep premium servicing near MBZ City, but I'd rather hear from anyone who's tried it on a higher mileage vehicle. Did it actually catch anything useful, or did you find the standard service was sufficient? Also, does premium servicing change how often you need to go in, or is it just a more thorough version of the same schedule?
